Eco-gastronomic organization Slow Food has published this year like every year, a guide of Italian Osterias, with over 1600 wine bars, restaurants where you can taste traditional dishes at reasonable prices, following the philosophy of slow , that means to safeguard the regional products devoting time to enjoy them around a table.

Among the specialities of Lake Como
