The city will be lightend up by the Como Magic Light Festival : 3D videomapping are projected on the facade of several historic buildings of the city creating a combination of amazing lights and sound effects and animating the city during the festive season.

Piazza Cavour and Piazza Plinio will be turned into a festive marketplace with the traditional Christmas Markets with more than 40 cottage-style wooden stalls. You’ll enjoy delicious foods and sweets whilst browsing through the illuminated cabins selling Christmassy ornaments jewellery, decorations and artwork.
Besides picking up a unique present for Christmas you’ll be able to taste freshly cooked local food and delicacies: a great way to experience the authentic Italian tradition.
